We provide a return service within the seven-day appreciation period after receiving the package, and there is no exchange service!

During the appreciation period, JENDES in Taiwan provides a free return service.
※ Notice! After the return, if the amount of the reserved goods in the order does not reach the free shipping threshold at the time of ordering, the original shipping cost must be deducted from the refund amount.
 

After the order is established, the system will send a notification letter to the member mailbox you left, or you can check it in “ACCOUNT”>” My Order ” after logging in on the official website!

After the credit card payment order is established, it will enter the bank reconciliation scheduling operation (about one hour). You can log in to the account and go to “ACCOUNT”>” My Order ” to check the order status later.
If “Order Cancellation” is displayed, it means that the payment was unsuccessful, and no deduction and shipping arrangements will be made.
